Service Description

A trauma sensitive practice which allows you to access your own inner healing resources. Stress and trauma sits in the fabric of the body and affects of nervous system and mental health contributing to chronic pain, migraines, back pain, sleep disturbances, anxiety and depression, feeling dissociated and ungrounded, digestive issues, menstrual problems, panic disorders to name a few.

Cancellation Policy

1. Classes and courses - fees are non-refundable. Fees may be transferable at my discretion. 2. Appointments - cancel or reschedule please give 48 hrs notice or the full fee will be charged. 3. Retreats fees are non-refundable within 30 days of the retreat and 50% refundable 30 days plus of the retreat. 4. Trainings are non-refundable within 30 days of training and 50% refundable 30 days plus of the start date. Training may be transferred to future trainings if available within the year.
