Identify key anatomic and physiology features of the human systems 3. List benefits, contraindications and scope of practice as applied to teaching a beginners and general yoga class 4. Describe and apply the 8 limbs of yoga in personal practice, daily life, and teaching yoga 5. Design and deliver a balanced practice sequence 6. Demonstrate trauma-sensitive principles and maitri (loving-kindess) in communication 7. Reflect of personal and professional practice, seek and implement feedback from students, peers, and mentors 8. Cancellation Policy

Trainings are non-refundable within 30 days of the retreat and 25% refundable 30 days plus of the start date. Training may be transferred to future trainings if available within the year.
