This restorative yoga practice is great for holistic self-care, somatic processing. self-refection, and building your professionals skills through embodied learning of yoga techniques and practices. Helps with processing vicarious trauma through the body, mind, breath and spirit.

Classes and courses - fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Classes are booked in 6 week blocks. Make up classes may be available at another class within the 6 week block but are subject to availability.
